STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND THE OWNER! My family and I stayed here for three nights in June and it was the absolute WORST experience. To summarize:
1. The property was dirty with hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, there was dried up toothpaste on the vanity and towel rack, and the pillow cases in the main bedroom smelled like the previous tenant’s hair/scalp. It smelled completely different to the bed sheet. On top of all this, the owner had some plumbing work done before AND during our stay to fix toilets that wouldn’t flush properly (both of the toilets in the unit didn’t flush), and did not clean up any of the debris left from the job. It was the most disgusting sight to return to after a day out.
2. The A/C unit didn’t work during our three summer nights’ stay, and no window would open. Needless to stay, we couldn’t even eat breakfast in the unit as by 9am, the heat built up indoor was unbearable. What made it worse was that they knew the A/C wasn’t working in our unit before we checked in.
3. The unit was not equipped for tenants in so many ways. For example, the washing machine was not connected to water and we had maintenance in the unit at 10pm trying to sort out the problem. We are a family of four but were given two of everything. There was a kitchen but it was not stocked with anything, but a pan in terrible condition. I wondered what they expected anyone to do with a beat up pan and no cooking oil, condiments, cleaning sponge or detergent. It was an extremely inconvenient stay.
4. The owner was insincere and deceitful. We had communicated multiple times during our stay (because there simply were sooo many issues), while he did always pick up our calls and apologize, nothing was resolved without causing us more inconvenience or it just couldn’t be resolved. He asked us to please not leave a review and that he would refund one night’s stay in compensation (he knew the stay was BAD), but we NEVER received it. When we contacted 訂房網站, they told us that the owner would not pick up their call or return their calls/emails.
Even thought this place is newly refurbished and cheaper than most properties of similar size, the money you save is NOT WORTH the inconvenience, the discomfort and the constant trouble. The owner was asking for grace given that they are new, but you cannot use your tenants as guinea pigs while you sort out your kinks. Open when you are ready to provide the service your tenants deserve. And don’t promise compensation when you were never prepared to give it. You have lost all credibility and integrity and it is reflected in the business you run.
